Why buy refurbished?

Every Laptop we sell is Certified Refurbished product which completes a rigorous refurbishment process check that includes full functional testing, with special savings.

Refurbished Products are mainly leftover products when New technology arrives and the current model becomes obsolete.
For example, Hp 820 G3 was released. Before selling all the stock, the market changed and new technology in Laptop arrived with more robust features. so leftover products are exported to different countries as a refurbished models to sell out all the stock, as a result, Hp 820 G3 is still available in the market as refurbished products.

What does "refurbished" mean?

Refurbished systems are tested to ensure quality workmanship standards remain excellent. Refurbished products are visually and diagnostically inspected to ensure these items function. Refurbished systems may have some observable cosmetic imperfections, but they will not affect the performance.

Do you Accept COD?

Yes, We Do Accept COD (Cash On Delivery), COD (cash on delivery) provides assurance and confidence to customers to shop online from LaptopBazzar.com freely. However our product handling and shipping team call to confirm the COD order placed by the customer and verify the details provided on checkout page.
An Additional Fee of Rs. 300 INR to Rs. 500 will be charged for COD Orders.

Can I Pay using UPI?

Yes, We Accept UPI payments.

Will I get an invoice for my order?

Whenever we deliver your product, the invoice is sent along with it. You also receive a soft copy for the same. In case, you haven’t received it, send us an email at orders@laptopbazzar.com, & we shall share the invoice with you again.

My Laptop is not listed on laptopbazzar's website. What to do now?

In such cases, please contact us by email at customercare@laptopbazzar.com. We shall respond to you within one business day and try to confirm the availability as soon as possible.

How much time do you take to Ship the order?

LaptopBazzar’s Delivery Partner tries to get the order delivery done within the next 2 to – 5 Days after placing the order, except Sunday or public holidays.

What if my Delivery is delayed?

Usually, it doesn’t happen, it may happen due to some unforeseen circumstances. But we will update you with the real-time delivery status. In case of delay, please contact us by email at customercare@laptopbazzar.com. We shall respond to you within one business day and issue a refund/ fresh order.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once we receive your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process through to shipment. Please make sure billing and shipping information is accurate and matches your payment information to avoid delays in releasing your order. From time to time, we may need to contact you for additional information if discrepancies are identified.

A shipping estimate is provided during your order checkout, and you will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.

Do you need Identity proof like Aadhar or PAN to process my order?

No, we don’t require any documents from our customers however we do need your address, name & contact details to send the device you bought from our store.

Operating system is pre-installed in laptops?

Yes, we ship with proper working operating system so that you won’t have to do the hard work.

Do Battery come with the laptop?

Yes, we send laptops including battery compatible with the device.

Do you send charger with the laptop?

Yes, we send charger and power cable compatible with the device.

Do you accept Tax Exemptions?

No, we do not accept tax exemptions on our laptopbazzar.com website.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

No, orders move quickly into processing and typically cannot be canceled once they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and write us on orders@laptopbazzar.com to check if your order can still be canceled. Unfortunately, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Is there an option for same day shipping?

Yes, But currently it is only limited to Delhi. we are adding more delivery hubs to ship your orders on time.

What About Warranty of Refurbished Products?

Refurbished Products come with a limited-time warranty from minimum 15 Days Testing Warranty to  3 Months Warranty. Warranty for a product is described on their respective pages. Suppose we missed to mention it then a Default 1 Month warranty will be considered on the System and Testing Warranty on the Battery of Product.
